If you don't have your own boat - explore the area's waterways by renting a boat or a couple of jet skis from Flat Hollow Marina, just half a mile away. Want to get out and explore? Practice your swing at the Greens at Deerfield, don your hiking shoes, and check out the Tank Springs Trailhead, gaze at nature's finest at the Hatfield Knob Elk Viewing Tower, and explore the area's waterways by renting a boat or a couple of jet ski's at Flat Hollow Dock.

When hunger hits, the well-equipped kitchen boasts all of the necessary appliances you need to whip up delicious dinners. And each of the four bedrooms has been decorated with homey touches, ensuring that every member of your family is comfortable and content. The loft, also known as the Crow's Nest, has a full bed and is a favorite for the kids.
As you're exploring the rest of the home, you will find an additional TV room, great for the kid's weekend morning cartoons, and a private washer/dryer. For your complete convenience, be sure to tune the dual-zoned central air-conditioning to your liking each evening. One unit controls the main and lower floors, and the other controls the upstairs bedrooms and loft.
